We gather 2x/month to learn, share, practice and connect to the Inner Divine source. This container will support you in feeling spiritually connected and empowered with healing tools and practices to keep your body relaxed and alert, your mind at ease and your heart open.
We meet the 2nd Sunday of every month @ 8:00a PT and the 4th Friday @ 9:00a PT. All gatherings and practices will be recorded to an online library for those who can't join us live.
You'll also receive community access to an online chat where you can receive support from our members (and Erin) and learn how to live your yoga outside of our circle.

Join us for this restorative day of hope, healing, and transformation on the healing land of the First Congregational Church in Auburn to better understand the process and outcomes of post-traumatic growth.
Co-facilitators Dr. Joyce Mikal-Flynn, trauma care and recovery expert, and Erin Alexander, inter-spiritual somatic educator, will integrate modern science, spirituality, and embodied, research-based practices to support your capacity to rise up through life’s challenges and changes.
Participants can expect a lecture, meditative practices, community connection + inner reflection during this inspiring day meant to bring hope and healing to all. Please bring a bag lunch and journal.

Learn how to tend to yourself with love and live in harmony with the seasons during these therapeutic movement and meditation classes. Each six-week class series will teach you embodied practices for releasing mental and physical tension and embracing the energy of the season. This nourishing experience includes Ayurvedic movement, meditation, and herbal remedies to support deep healing, personal wellness, and transformation on all levels.
This class series will focus on the ELEMENTS of nature and how we can utilize them for healing and strengthening our nervous systems in the face of stress.
